Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Ozark Trail Riders Association emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2022, we are an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation.

Ozark Trail Riders Association exists to connect the equestrian community for the purpose of securing, maintaining, and creating riding trails in our region, as well as working professionally with all agencies involved with our region’s trails.

The purpose of this organization is:

To keep our existing trails open and in the best shape possible
To open up new and more accessible trails
To provide and maintain a directory of equine related services and information
To work with other trail riding organizations to make better use of all of our resources and establish cooperative teams
To develop awesome relationships with the forestry service and other land management groups
To stay transparent about all business goings-on
To put equestrian friendly trails on maps that are available to the public
